Commodus, March or April 177 - 31 December 192 A.D.
In 190 A.D., after part of Rome burned, Commodus ordered the city to be rebuilt under the name Colonia Commodiana. Ironically, ROM FEL in the reverse legend abbreviates Roma Felix - happy Rome.RS111579.
