Well...it looks to be a pendant...maybe the bust of a young Nero?

The suspension loupe appears to have been cast with the pendant and not attached afterwards, so I doubt it...where did you "find" this...did you dig it or find it on an online auction/sales site or somthing?

First you would have to know what it is. I'm not convinced it is ancient.

I found it on place where were Roman vilage... I dont know what is it but im almost 100% sure it is Roman.
