Mounting a bronze coin on a pendant?

Just wondering if anyone has mounted a bronze coin on a pendant before, specifically in such a way as to keep it water proof!  As I wouldn't want the bronze to oxidize further.

Are there any sealed coin cases available?  Especially ones for a coin the size of an AE4 5th Century?

I wouldnt of thought a sealed waterproof case would look very good in a pendant, i think your best bet would be to renwax the coin.
