There's nothing to clean or fix there, whether it looks this way because of natural processes or harsh cleaning,
there's nothing short of painting it that will improve this coin.

that brown red is that corrosion? will it be worse in a few years??

It appears to be a hard, stable deposit. Further, silver coins doi not get "bronze disease."

It is possible that the "red brown" is a tiny bit of iron. OPart of you coin hace been damaged by some type of corrosion, so it may have been against some iron and that is a bit that is still bonded to the surface of the silver. If that is the case, there is no real reason to worry, the silver will be fine.
