I googled "archival paper" and found lots of hits for non-acid and cotton paper.  What you want is probably listed here:

slokind,i alredy try this,but only foun 100% cotton in high weight(120 gsm,200gsm..),but tanks anyway.

Have you tried looking for 100% cotton, acid-free tissue paper?  That is only a guess.  You didn't say how you will use it, and gsm (= grams per square meter?) is unfamiliar to me and perhaps to others, too.  P.L.
P.S.  I just googled 40 gsm, and this place has such:

Its for conservation,i look at this site,but only sell 100% kozo,and i need 100%cotton 40gsm,thanks again
