George III:
Manx Halfpenny "cartwheel,"  1798.
Obverse:  GEORGIUS III · D : G · REX .  1798   /  Laureate bust, right.
Reverse:  QVOCVNQVE  IECERIS  STABIT   / Triskeles running clockwise.
10.52 gm., 27 mm.   

Translation of Manx motto: Whithersoever you throw it, it will stand.
