Hi young,

The obverse portrait looks like Severus Alexander or Gordian III.

The reverse legend reads: "PM...II PP, S-C".

The figure on the reverse appears to be holding a wreath in its right hand.

Hi young,

Could the reverse be Victory holding a wreath and palm? But I don't see any wings though. However, the wreath is clear.

Possibly Severus Alexander, Pax

There is another version without cuirass, but your coin is to worn to distinguish the two.
