Nero Sestertius - Triumphal arch, S-C

Hi everyone!

I don't have much experience collecting ancient coins so would like to get some opinions on this sestertius, I'm really puzzled concerning its authenticity to be honest

It has a diameter of 32,5 mm and weighs 21 g.

Any comments will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
