Oki, what stands out to me is that face it looks very odd. Also, the reverse doesn’t seem to authentic.

Looks to me like three are some mold shifts and casting pearlage near "NVS" in HADRIANVS. 

What stands out to me is the reverse detail is crude for an engraving of that size and era, particularly the drapery details. 

The patina is fairly convincing though - better than most fake patinas you see.  I wonder if the coin was left outdoors for a span of months to create the look?

Chemicals can create that patina in hours or minutes.

Probably true, but most chemical patinas I see look less good.
