I have been struggling to identify the control mark between the legs of the horse with no luck, any help wpuld be appreciated

choose Philip II as ruler ant type "goat" in the field "Any", then you will see a specimen of this coin with references (a bit complicated, but there the coins themselves don't have an URL of their own :-\).
