Here is my largest coin!  :)

Size 34 mm
Weight 75.79 g (!)

I believe this M stands for 40 and that its a byzantine coin?

Help needed!

That is what I think.  But you are better placed to make out the letters and ensure it is not Anastasius (ANASTASIVS) or Justin (IVSTINVS).

I do not believe this coin can possibly weigh over 75g. Perhaps your scale needs to be recalibrated?

You are right, the correct weight is 15.7grams.  ::)
