  • I love this forum!
I received an interesting Greek Ae coin in a small lot that I recently purchased.   It measures 19.19 mm and weighs 7.59 g.  I think that it is from Pimolisa, Paphlagonia in Asia Minor.  I believe that it is

Paphlagonia, Pimolisa, 100 - 65 BC. Helmeted head of Ares right / ΠΙΜΩ-ΛΙΣΩΝ; sword in sheath.
n: SNG BM Black Sea 1352-3

Am I right?  Thanks in advance

No  :-\. The coin actually is from Amisos in Pontos (as written on the reverse):

They exist with different monograms (and also without), but on the coin here I cannot recognize which one it is.
