A jeton (a metal used as a counter and sometimes as small change though unofficial) probably from Nuremberg.  They were widespread throughout Europe and Turkey and even found in colonial American contexts.

There are hundreds of Nuremberg types and other centers throughout Europe also struck jetons.  They canbe a pain to attribute since the literature is scattered and much out of print.  Condition in this case is not good--clearer legends might help.
