Maybe, but with a lot of uncertainty  :-\, Demetrios II with Poseidon on the reverse:

Perhaps you can read a bit from the legend with the coin in hand.

 A good brushing with a stiff nylon brush might remove more of the mud on the reverse and reveal the legend.
