Does anybody know what coin this might be? AE 2,2-2,4 cm in diam.

Almost certainly the Constans II decanummium from Constantinople that v-drome linked to, over-struck on a flipped decanummium of Maurice (like MIBE 72), thus explaining the X in each field of the obverse - originally from Maurice's reverse.
