Do you have a clearer picture of the obverse and if not, can you make out any of the lettering; when I saw the bust I immediately thought Theodosius II and looking at Wildwinds there is an example under Vandals BMC 182-194 which is in the style of Theodosius II. The legend on the Wildwinds example makes no sense which would be interesting if you coin has the same characteristics

The BMC volume that covers the Vandals is 109 years old.  There has been much scholarship since then.
