The first thing you need is a transcription of the legends, given e.g. by Sear, Greek Imperials, 4282:

EPENN ETPOV ME KV ΔEKIOC KECAP / ΔHMAPX EΞOVCIAC S C

Those are Etruscus' names and titles on the obv., most of which you should easily be able to find on his Roman imperial coins. On the rev. Etruscus is called TR P in Greek, a power that he actually only received when his father Decius made him joint Augustus.

Short course in Greek:

ΔΗΜΟΣ = Lat. plebs = people
ΑΡΞΩΝ = head of
ΔΗΜΑΡΞΟΣ = Lat. tribunus plebis
ΔΗΜΑΡΞIKH (adjective, sometimes short ΔΗΜ) = Lat. tribunicius, tribunicia (adjective)
ΕΞΟΥΣΙΑ (sometimes short ΕΞ)= Lat. potestas = power
ΔΗΜΑΡΞIKH ΕΞΟΥΣΙΑ (sometimes short ΔΗΜ ΕΞ) = Lat. tribunicia potestas

Best regards

Thank you for the help
I have Sear's Greek Imperial Coins as previously recommended by this forum.
Should it be concerning that the eagle on the reverse of my coin is facing left while the illustration in Sear 4282 is facing right?

Not at all, Sear shows only one coin for given mint and ruler.

McAlee shows 15 diffeterent tetradrachms of Herennius Etruscus
(6 with eagle right and 9 with eagle left).

I know what SC is in Latin Senatus Consulto:  by the authority of the Senate
What does SC mean on this coin?

McAlee, Antioch, p. 3:

'The letters "SC" on the coins of Antioch stood for "Senatus Consulto" (by decree of the Senate), as they did on imperial aes coins of the mint of Rome. However, there have been widely differing opinions expressed by scholars as to what it was that the Senate authorized.'

McAlee then devotes 2 1/2 pages to discussing some of these opinions.

"Caesar" for KECAP is correct!

Otherwise, the Caesar's names are given. In the order of the Greek:

Herennius

Etruscvs

Messius

Quintus

Decius

I learned a lot while wasting time on my translation.
I looked at all the helpful posts.  But, I don't always understand.
Thank you for the help.
Will someone add these translations to the Greek Numismatic Dictionary?
