i think this must me a limes, so close on official mint, maybe someday we find an official hybrid

It clearly looks like an ancient cast, which explains the mismatching types: the unofficial manufacturer must have carelessly combined casting molds taken from two different denarii. To him, the correct combination of types did not matter.
