Crete? - Who knows this coin?

I am writing here for a new member, and longtime collector, who has not managed to post his question. However, he will be able to answer here himself.

Here's his text:

Who knows this 11 mm, 2,05 g small Greek coin?
I asked at the German Numismatics Forum, but nobody could really help me.
At first, I thought the head on the obverse was Hera, and the coin reminds me of a coin from Polyrhenion, Crete, which Kuenker auctioned in 2008, but the side with the bull's head is different, because here are letters. (A (upper left), Φ(above the bull's head), T and I (left), Σ (right)). Additionally, the head seems to wear a Petasos.
Altamura, you know him, speculated that the letters on the reverse can be combined to ΦAIΣTI, for Phaistion, but nobody found a comparable example.

I hope someone in this forum can help me.

Maybe from Phokis / Phocis

Bull's head is on obverse
Artemis on reverse

In my eyes the style of the bull's head on the coins of Phokis is quite different than on the coin here.
And I don't find any bronzes of Phokis with Artemis  .

Do you perhaps have an example?
