Afternoon guys, as the topic suggests this is not a coin so apologises if this in disagreement with the rules etc but would love an opinion on this, of it is viable for it too be Roman? Apologises again if I am stepping out of line and thanks for any input. The handle appears too be bone

Having done some research online my initial opinion would be that it's not but the shape of it led me too seek others opinions on the off chance they have a better judged opinion than mine
