Looks like a thick layer of applied mud.

From Cyprus again, patina is not original, of course, as almost all coins solt by this guy from Cyprus, but coin is no fake, or at least it doens't sems to be once in hand.

Hi Arados, thanks for link.

When bought these coins I knew patina was artificial, of course, or may he has hundreds of coins with just the same patina?, He doesn't state that, he just says CLEANED.

But cleaned is no fake, isn't it?

I am just triyng to ID them, if it is impossible to tell under that mud as Djmacdo said, I will just cleaned again and will apply another patina by myself, coins aren't to sell so I don't really mind.

Now it looks like a legitimate ancient coin!  Nisibis seems likely to me too.  I cannot quite figure out the empress.
