16mm, Reverse: GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS• , Mintmark: CONSθ
Obverse (laureate bust):
D N CONSTAN_TINVS P F AVG (RIC VIII Constantinople 23, http://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.8.cnp.23 ), or
D N CONSTAN_TIVS P F AVG   (RIC VIII Constantinople 26, http://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.8.cnp.26 ).

The difference is just one letter and I can't see which one it is. Is there a way to fully identify this coin?

IMHO legend break ( N ), space available for the second part of the obverse legend  and visible part of its lettering  points to  Constantinus II (DN CONSTAN  TINVS PF AVG). The features of portrait also points to Constantinus Junior.
