thick bronze looking standing bird coin?

Aloha Coin community... Does this look familiar to anyone?  I got it from my grandad when he passed away and google results don't look anything like this. It is unusually thick with an uneven (non-machine looking) circumference.  Would love any ideas from anyone who has seen something like it :) Mahalo! Jess

It's Ptolemaic (Ancient Egypt headed by the ancestors of Alexander the Great's general Ptolemy), I think Ptolemy III.

You'll probably need better lit photos.

Someone will respond soon... in the meantime, this site should help. http://ptolemybronze.com/ptolemy_series.html Look for "Ptolemy III
Alexandria EPSILON or LAMDA or 'Plain' Series 4"

Adding the size in mm and the weight in grams would help with identification too as there are so many of these.
