This ae 23 raises some questions.
It should be Antoninus Pius on the right after two letters I don't understand, I read well: ANTΛNEINON.
On the reverse, the legend takes me to the city of Ephesus.
EΦECIVM IONT.
The two Omegas were replaced in the legends on the obverse with a Λ on the reverse with a V.
The iconography of the reverse a Tyche does not have the rudder, but an olive branch?
final deduction could it be a coeval imitation? I did not find this type on the net.
I kindly ask you what you think of my theory. Thanks Roberto

I'm not so sure about the missing rudder. There are two straight lines with an angle of about 30deg left of Tyche which might be the remains of a rudder.

Also it might be Marcus Aurelius. The short legend K Μ Α ΑΝΤΩΝƐΙΝοϹ fits better than the longer legend of Antoninus Pius.

e.g. https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/coins/4/11481

Nevertheless I haven't found an example with anti-clockwise reverse legend.

I think shanxi is correct in suggesting this to be Marcus Aurelius,
however I think that this is a contemporary copy that has been
blundered by whomever it was responsible for its manufacture.

The reverse legend is a reversed and partially inverted version of
the typically encountered: "ЄΦЄϹΙΩΝ B ΝЄOΚ". Neither side has
been fully detailed as one would expect from an original.

There are a couple of additional variants on RPC (and Karwiese)
to that presented by shanxi, but the basic types are the same.

So you also suggest that it is a contemporary imitative, as I had also thought.
Thanks and regards Roberto
