Hi JR,

To me, the symbol at left on the reverse looks like an "AT" or "TA" monogram or similar.

Sv 136 is listed on ptolemybronze.com (coin photos page) and described there as TS (TAU SIGMA).
Here's an example showing a reverse of the type that's a bit more clear.

BTW it's not one you see every day, pretty scarce to rare

It's also illustrated in CPE (B38 and B39 - not sure why it's there apparently twice).
This one's 'SIGMA' is slightly more compact than seen in other illustrations.  Some folks might consider it a different variant type but it seems to be just a little different way of rendering the letter 'SIGMA'.
