Byzantine lead seal--and a nice one.  The reverse begins  :Greek_Alpha: :Greek_Gamma: :Greek_Iota: :Greek_epsilon:   :Greek_Beta: :Greek_Omicron: :Greek_Eta: :Greek_Theta: :Greek_Eta:   :Greek_Tau: :Greek_Omicron:   :GreeK_Sigma: :Greek_Omicron:-   :Greek_Delta: :Greek_Omicron: :Greek_Lambda: :Greek_Omicron:    :Greek_Beta: :Greek_Alpha: :Greek_Eta:  :Greek_Lambda: :Greek_epsilon:   :Greek_Omicron: :Greek_Upsilon: :Greek_Pi: :Greek_Alpha: :Greek_Tau: :Greek_Omicron:  and then I begin to loose it in the overstriking.  Perhaps someone else can do a better job here.   So, anyway my tentative reading is "Saints (or title of Mary?) pray for your servant Baele the Consul [       ]  I am not a specialist in Byzantine seals by any degree, so someone else can probably do more and better with this.  What I have taken for the odd name Baele may actually be part of the title of the counsul Basileu-, several letters lost at the left of the line.

It is a Basilios Hypatos - The "C" is overstruck
