Not quite sure of my reading, but it looks more like Focus and his wife and I think I can read CO(N) for the mint mark.

The nominal is M, not m. I don"t see M on Phocas coins

correct on Justin II/Sophia its SB 379, Antioch mint
some variation of THEUP for mintmark, to blundered for me to read, and the obverse is up side down.

How could I have not realized the obverse is upside down!  That is what led me to think it was Phocas!
