What kind of damage?

There is a dark pit in Agrippa's neck. In high magnification it looks (to me) like half melted particles. Whats the opinion? Stay calm?

Definitely stay calm!  It does not look like active corrosion or "bronze disease".  Unless you have seen this phenomenon develop since you acquired the coin, it is probably just some accretion in a pit that resisted cleaning.
