Help Id this coin
« on: November 20, 2018, 08:57:01 pm »
One of the benefits of being home sick from work today if I got to play with my coins.  Another coin that came in one of my lots has me perplexed.  It has a bust  facing right on the obverse and I cant make out what is on the reverse.  I have used Ocre to try to decipher the legends but keep hitting a road block.

The coin is 19.2 mm and 2.5g  any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Because of the pointed chin I think rather of Claudius II (or Quintillus may be).

Best regards

Yes, most probably Quintillus with PAX AVGVSTI reverse from Rome.
