It looks like it might be:  

hocas. 602-610 AD. AE half follis, Cyzicus. DN FOCAS PERP AVG or similar, crowned, mantled bust facing, holding mappa and cross / Large XX, cross above, mintmark KYZA or KYZB. SB 668, DOC 81
