Coins of Domitian
« on: November 18, 2018, 04:29:40 am »
Hi guys,

I am in the process of writing a corpus that includes coins of Domitian, I need a little help with the following legend.

AYT. ΚΑΙΣΑΡ ΔΟΜΙΤΙΑΝΟΣ ΣΕΒΑΣΤΟΣ ΓΕΡM

There appears to be a letter M,N or H after ΓΕΡ ?

Could somebody help me translate the whole legend for me ?

Thanks in advance.

Martin

In latin it would be: IMP(ERATOR) CAESAR DOMITIANVS AVGVSTVS GERM(ANICVS).

Hope will help.
