That Minerva reverse belongs to Domitian only.

Nonetheless I can't make out the obverse legend, so I wouldn't know.

Could it be a fourree? Weight?

The weight would fit for a fouree (ancient forgery); that would explain a combination between an obverse of Titus (I think) with a reverse of Domitian.

Coin is a litle bit smaller than classical denarius (like Commodus denarius are), but no hole or uncovered iron core is visible. I see relatively good  silver.  What do you think? Letters are contrarily http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/domitian/RIC_0099.jpg http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/sear5/s2746.html

I may be naive, but the bust looks like a normal early Domitian to me/
