Bust orientation of this coin

Hello,
What do you think about the orientation? The fibula look indicate that we are looking from back

It does a bit.  But the design is wrong.  The three pendants should hang down from the fibula to the front.  In this example he would be wearing it backwards.  So I think it is may be a mis-strike or something.

Yes,

In this case, do you still think it is a official coin?  For me it is official, but i doubt. The question i ask myself since begining is: is it a "from back" bust badly engraved... or normal bust badly engraved.

I think same die cutter.  I would say official despite the odd fibula and/or re-strike....

And what do you think about the bust of the coin sent by shanxi?
Bad engraving too? Or bust seen from back as i think?

I think they are both busts seen from behind.

Sorry if I wasn't clear, the only bad engraving is the design of the fibula.

What is the reverse?  Same as the one shanxi referenced?  Photo?

I specify that on wildwinds, RIC 278 is described with bust frol back, while RIC 278 var (palm PLG) which isthe same mint mark than the coin i shown, is only described xith bust right. But the both bust are from back. In any case, i observe that all bust of Contans II are with bust from back.
