Not much to see or read, but the coin reminds me on Indo-Skythian drachms.

Yes, Indo-Scythian, Azes--sometimes still called Azes II, although to my mind at least R.C. Senior has demonstrated there was only one Azes.  Late first century B.C.

Try rotating your obverse 45 degrees counter-clockwise.
I think I see an tamgha to the left, and also a tamgha to the right on the reverse. Or, more likely just my imagination.
