Dear experienced collectors,

 Help ;-; has anyone seen a similar coin?

I've tried making out the legends and couldn't make more than "EN" on the obverse side..

In my experience, this is a Follis of Emperor Constans II.

On obv. "ΕΝ ΤVΤΟ-ΝΙΚΑ"
On rev. "M//ANA-NEOS. Exergue mintmark
