It is probably a contemporary (ancient) imitation of such a drachm.
As you can see the legend on the reverse is not really correct. Instead of ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ there is standing something like ΛΦΕΞΑΝΔIΟΥ, instead of ΘΕΟΠΑΤΟΡΟΣ I read ΘΕΟΓΑΤΟΡΣ.
