What does the legend mean ?  :Greek_Pi_3: :Greek_Omicron: :Greek_Rho: :Greek_Phi: :Greek_Gamma:  is "porphyrogenitus".  :Greek_Tau: :Greek_omega_small: is "of" ? How to translate is correctly ?
