A rare piece and, as you say, unusually well centered.  I see nothing wrong with it at all.  These small pieces are actually much harder to find than the large staters.

No immediate red flags here either.

Pharnabazos and Datames had some overlap on their coin types. Is there an Aramaic legend before the bust? Compare against this one of mine of Datames, citing his Persian name Tarkumuwa
