Hi,

Obv: Draped bust right, wearing stephane:Greek_Alpha: :Greek_Nu: :Greek_Nu: :Greek_Iota: :Greek_Alpha: :Greek_Nu: :Greek_Alpha: :Greek_Iota: :Greek_Tau: :Greek_Rho: :Greek_Omicron: :Greek_Upsilon_2: _?_?_?
Rev: Female! standing facing, lion or wolf(?) on both sides.  :Greek_Tau: :Greek_Rho: :Greek_Omicron: :Greek_Pi: :Greek_Omicron: :Greek_Lambda: :Greek_epsilon: :Greek_Omega: on right.

Is it possible to find a reference for this coin?

Thank you in advance.

Note that the link identifies the empress as HERENNIA ETRUSCILLA
"ANNIAN AITROUCKILLAN".....not Annia Faustina.

Hi folks,

Here is my example (scroll down, last coin):

I purchased it from Mr. Lindgren before he passed away.

In my thread "Coins of mythological interest" you find an interesting article about this kind of Apollo titled "Apollo Lykeios - or rather not?", based on the article of Bekircan Tahberer "Apollo Lykeios in Ancient Tarsus Numismatics, Celator #30"

https://www.forumancientcoins.com/board/index.php?topic=25089.0

If you are interested in the meaning of your coin you should read that.

Best regards
