This one appears to be rare:

Aemilian. AD 253. Æ Sestertius (13.03g). Rome mint. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, IMP CAES AEMILIANVS P F AVG / Aemilian standing left, holding spear and patera over lighted altar to left; signum between him and altar, PM TR P I PP S-C. RIC IV 47a.

Is my attribution correct?

The right obverse legend is:
IMP AEMILIANVS PIVS FEL AVG
So, it comes from second issue of this ruler. At the moment I'm away from home, so I can't look for this coin on RIC. If my memory is right, it could laking from the catalog. But I owned at least three or four coins like that.

All coins are guaranteed for eternity
