Can anyone tell me what this coin might be?

It came with another coin that I just posted.

This one might be real, at first glance. Apparently an Alexander the
Great Tetradrachm (if genuine).
However, it is almost impossible to tell from your out-of-focus and
washed-out images. Post better images, and we can try again.

It appears to be a coin of Alexander III, The Great.  We would need the weight to tell you the denomination: drachm, tetradrachm...etc.
It seems to be authentic, but judging from a photo alone is risky.
As to the mint/ city that struck it, the reverse photo....and maybe the condition of the coin....make it too tough for my old eyes.

An Alexander issue from the mint at Myriandros .... Price 3228 (325-323 BC) as best I can tell from the out of focus reverse image.

Any assessment of authenticity requires much better images. Fakes of some of the Myriandors Alexanders are known.
All historical inquiry is contingent and provisional, and our own prejudices will in due course come under scrutiny by our successors.
