Red Slip Ware Fragment with Pan?

Hi, all.  Here is a small fragment of red slip ware with half a figure, from the beach at Caesarea Maritima  Any information on identity, method of manufacture (moulded, stamped, or applied), date and origin would be appreciated.  My first thought is Pan with wine or goat skin, and herder's staff or Logobolon.  Or perhaps Satyr or Marsyas.  There are faint turning marks on the interior and exterior of the vessel, and the walls were quite thick.  The red slip can be seen to be separating around the perimeter of the image. Thanks for any ideas.  V-drome

Red slip earthenware pottery fragment, with
applied or moulded figure of Pan? advancing
right.  The interior shows horizontal marks from
the turning process.  Medium-grained, light
reddish/tan clay with applied red slip.
1.9 x 1.4 x 0.6cm.  Wt: 1.88gm.
Surface find Caesarea Maritima, ca.1970's.
