AE 22 mm, 5.57 g

The obverse has that Commodus-y look, that is shared by others in that family dynasty.  Is this Commodus, Marcus, Lucius?  Perhaps even Aelius Caesar?  Or am I completely missing something obvious?
The reverse is a tragedy to behold, with just a few characters visible (could be T or E, and P and O); the portrait on the obverse is pretty nice, but the legends are worn.  Both close-up pics are of a portion of the obv. legend, with slightly different lighting, in case it is of any use.
Thanks much for any help offered.

Hi Joe,
You're right, it looks a lot like Marcus Aurelius from Ephesus.  Even the reverse legend can be coaxed to resemble legends on his bust/Tyche coins from there.  Thank you!
