You must notice something specific first. All I see is head with nose but all emperors have heads and noses.

Could be one of Constantine's sons but it is only a guess without any foundation.

I did some image editing, and the letter "O" seems to stand out. Too many 4th century emperors with the letter O.

Possibly my imagination. But I think the obverse legend contains CONSTANTIVS?
