Faustina I RSC 124 Odd Feature on Reverse

I'm starting a gallery of denarii and ants of empresses.  12 up so far.  In so doing I noticed an odd feature on the reverse of this denarius where Fautina's right leg (?) should be.  From a quick seach online I did not see another one like this.  Anyone know what that is ? Or am I just missing something ?
