Marcus Aurelius - Commodus for Parium

Good mornig everybody
ive some trouble to identify this coin purchased few days ago in an online auction.
The description report it as Commodus but i suspect thet could be more closely to his father.
The only similar example i found came from Mionnet 5 but the reverse except fot the legend appear to be completely different.
Could be a sort of Nemesis wearing Phrygian cap?
Weight: 6.0 gr
Diameter: 20 mm
neither RPC online nor BMC report it.
I suspect could be an interesting variety.
Any Help?
