gallery.
RPC 1649 lists two with the abbreviation ET:
Berlin ex Imhoof, published by him in Swiss Num. Review 1898; and Seaby's Bulletin, Sept. 1982, D 75.
Maybe that second example is identical with yours, if
Bruce Brace purchased it from Seaby's? I can't easily check for a possible illustration, since our run of bound Bulletins ends with 1972.
