Obverse legend is CRISPVS NOBIL C.

I don't have this RIC volume but according to Helvetica's pages it would be RIC 316B

It could be RIC 351.

Obverse legend with NOBIL C gives RIC 350:

ps. "O V" on altar is engraver's error

From a stylistic point of view, I wonder if this coin is a product of some unofficial mint instead of the official mint of Trier ?

Except if mistaking Crispus' bust is looking left, so RIC 351.

In matter of fact, this coin is neither 350 nor 351, but coin
with obverse legend "5c" and bust D2l.

As it was already said - not in RIC, the fourth known specimen. The engraver's error is additionally interesting.
