It shows to snake on reverse,maybe going out from a cista mistika, but cannot find it

The two serpents facing each other, holding a wreath are known for Magnesia ad Maeandrum, but I can't find an example with "ΝƐΟΚΟΡΩΝ" as part of the legend.   :-\
