Yep! That one is on several people's 'tooling' pages. I call it Mr Tooly. :)

Hard to read but I think part of the new 'legend' is 'emperor'.  ;D

HAHA, that IS funny  ;D.  I should try to make a NERO out of one of my slugs.  Your coin must have been one of that tool's first tooling attempts  :D.  Did the guy/gal base his scrape work on what was already there you think?  Any idea who the coin was of BEFORE it got butchered?

Most likely a Tripolis - Either Elagabalus or Caracalla. I have an ugly but identifiable Elagabalus here of the same type:

By the way, I got Mr. Tooly for free. I was buying some other coins and I thought it was amusing, so I had the seller throw it in. :)
